3 Rep Hang Clean

In 10 Minutes Build to today’s heavy 3 rep hang clean.  Can be power or full.  
Dead Lift the bar to the hang and complete 3 cleans from above the knee cap.  The bar can rest in the hang or on the shoulder but cannot touch the floor until all three reps are complete.  

Today is just a test to find a good starting point for Saturdays Holiday Throwdown.  Don’t get too crazy, save the big numbers for Saturday.
